The real standout moment was on closing day, when a gas leak was discovered in the attic. Most agents would’ve panicked, pushed closing and passed the problem along, but not Jessica. She immediately coordinated with the gas company and an HVAC team, and even managed to get the out-of-state sellers to cover the full cost of the repair and getting us through closing on the same day! Jessica is the kind of agent who goes above and beyond, not just to get you into a house, but to make sure it’s the right home, in the right condition, with everything handled properly.
